Will I have to share or speak during the circle?

Nope. These circles are created for you to receive. If you feel called to share, that’s beautiful, but there’s no pressure at all.
What do I need to prepare?

Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted. Bring a journal, water, and anything else that helps you feel grounded (blanket, crystals, incense or whatever feels good to you). Just show up open.
What happens during a session?

Every circle is different. I tap into the collective energy and let Spirit guide what’s needed—whether that’s light language, breathwork, meditation, or intuitive guidance. You’ll receive what your soul needs, even if your mind doesn’t know it yet.
Do I need to have experience with healing work to join?

Not at all. Whether you’re brand new to this or you’ve been on your healing journey for years, you’re welcome here. Come as you are.
How long do the circles last?

Most circles are about 75 minutes. I like to give time for the energy to move and integrate without rushing the process.
Is this religious or affiliated with any belief system?

No. My work is spiritual, but not tied to any religion. It’s about coming back to yourself, your truth, your light.
